Our chef started into restaurant business as hibachi chef since early 2000, and they began their culinary career as an apprentice and worked their way up since then they have manage many finest hibachi restaurants. looking to expand their passion skill in cooking Japanese Food, they presented Samurai Japanese Steak House Express to the community in Grand Rapids, where they aim to serve great food and fresh simply prepared with the best local products.
